What To Do: Just fill out the short form below, indicating why you are interested in coaching, what your goals for the free session are, and the best way to reach you. We'll take care of the rest. You may choose a preferred coach or leave that up to us.

What Will Happen? Once we review your form, your selected / assigned coach will call or email you to arrange a time for the session. The coach will then call you at the arranged time. It's as simple as that.

What Can I Expect? The least you can expect from this introductory session is to enjoy 30 to 45 minutes with a highly trained coach. What you can expect beyond that largely depends on what your goal is for the session. Nearly all who accept this offer gain a better understanding of what coaching can do for them. Most gain greater clarity in what changes they want, and some are able to get an action plan started. You can also expect a no obligation, no pressure approach.

What Then? We want you to be certain that you have the right coach. If you decide to continue coaching with Kingsbridge, you will have several choices:

  1. If you feel the chemistry was just right between you and the coach you spoke with, you can get started with that coach right away and arrange sessions that match your needs and time table.
  2. You can select another coach to begin working with or allow us to create the match based on your stated preferences.
  3. If you want to speak with other coaches to test the chemistry, you can request an additional brief (10-15 minutes) session with up to three other coaches.

BUILD A SUCCESS TEAM. At Kingsbridge we help ensure you are matched to the best coach for you. We can also help you build a custom success team. Kingsbridge encourages a flexible approach, accessing the best coach at any given time. If it there is ever a reason to believe that another coach might help you more with a particular challenge, you can switch from your regular coach to the alternate for one or more sessions and then switch back as desired. As coaches do not necessarily charge the same rates, there may be some difference in the price.
